Description
This position is responsible for the development and management of supplier relationships that provide the best cost, quality, and delivery of commodities that, in turn, contribute to the growth of Lochinvar Corporation.
Qualifications
- Qualified candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree from 4-year college in related field (Supply Chain Management curriculum preferred) and a minimum of one year related experience. Experience in purchasing in the manufacturing industry, with a preference in MRO or raw materials. Ability to communicate effectively; and high level of skill with the Microsoft Office programs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access; JDE experience preferred.
Description
Constructs high quality custom commercial water heaters, boilers, and pool heaters. Assembles such items as fans, gas trains, sheet metal parts, heat exchangers and other assemblies. Assist other assembly areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 1 year mfg. experience. Knowledge of functions of waters and boiler equipment,metal fabrication; power hand tool use including drills a plus. Must be able to use measuring equipment such as rulers & tape measures.
